Each year I paint a few batches of originals paintings on Alaskan birch slices. Each slice is cut, sanded, hand painted, sealed with a wax resin, fitted with a hook and twine or leather, and signed on the back.

Sizes range from 2-3 1/2 inches and are unique in shape. There are little pieces of bark and lichen on the edges.

These miniature originals are a wonderful collectors item or as a special gift.
